Kelsey Bollig is a Writer/Director currently based out of LA.
Bollig is a fresh yet commanding face in the world of Horror, and entered this industry with a BANG as she landed her first Best Screenplay Award at the tender age of 12, for her Feature, ‘Big Kids Play Manslaughter’ at the Hollywood Shriekfest Horror Film Festival. Years later, she would only accumulate more acclaim for shorts shown in world-renowned festivals such as Fantasia, Fantastic Fest, Beyond Fest, Hollyshorts, and the Uppsala Short Film Festival. She has brought home such awards as Best Horror (THE FOURTH WALL) and Best Action (KICKSTART MY HEART) at the Academy Award qualifying festival Hollyshorts, Best Horror (THE FOURTH WALL) at the highly esteemed genre fest Nightmares Film Festival and the Honorable Mention Winner of the Grand Jury Short Award at the academy award qualifying Dances with Films in Los Angeles.
She’s directed special episodic content for Amazon’s HUNTERS and is currently attached to direct BREEDERS, with HyperObject starring Olivia Cooke.
Kelsey recently completed her latest horror project, INKED, which is set to run the festival circuit beginning June 2024. She’s also in the process of setting up her original feature BOD.
